May 3, 2012. This month, Joy Stephens will be a guest lecturer at the Univeristy of Washington, Seattle where she will deliver a class on marketing your nonprofit.  The university offers a certificate program in Fundraising Management and Nonprofit Leadership.

February 20, 2012.Joy Stephens, president and founder, has been re-elected to the board of Sickle Cell Fund for Families in Need. Serving as the board chair, Joy will serve a 2-year term. 

February 15, 2012. Our president, Joy Stephens was the featured guest on radio KKNW 1150 am today from 3:00 pm to 4:00 pm with host Kim Arellano. The program will be available as a podcast shortly.

Jan 28, 2012.  We are pleased to announce that Debora Sweet will join our team as our graphics and marketing team lead. She will be redesigning pamphlets and other marketing collateral  for our key clients. Debora recently moved to Seattle from the mid west and is settling into her new home nicely. Welcome aboard Debora!!  

December 23, 2011. Beginning in the new year, o 2 joy will expand its workshop offerings. In addition to the comprehensive in-depth five-hour workshops, the company will offer mini workshops concentrating on single specific topics. These mini classes will be two hours long. Rounding out the education programs will be free sessions dealing primarily with board development and professional enrichment.

June 10, 2011 Joy Stephens has been elected to the Northwest Development Officers Association (NDOA) board. She will serve two three-year terms.

June 8, 2011 Appearing on 1150 am KKNW, Joy Stephens discussed the fundamentals of starting and sustaining a nonprofit. These same ideas are the core ingredients of the firm's workshop of the same title.
